Default Users External Email Accounts Stop working

Please Login to Remove!

Greetings,
I have about 20 users with blackberry's mostly 7250's. While this has never happened to my account, a few constantly experience problems where there account that talks to our corporate server get's a big X in it and when you log into there webclient you get.
One or more of your email accounts are not currently working with your Blackberry email service. Please verify.... When you click on the little status ICON everything starts to work again. My corporate email system is Lotus Domino 7.0.1. Again, it's only a few users that have this happen. Any ideas?
Thanks

how many emails are in their inbox? BIS integrations tend to fail if there are too many - or a lot of large emails

if there's more then 800 have them move some of the messages to a seperate folder and see if that resolves the issue

You can, as a test, upgrade few of them to BIS 2.0. There had been changes and improvements in how BIS 2.0 handles downloading emails from email accounts.

Default Thanks,

I'm getting this second hand from Sales guys, I'll upgrade them and see what happens. These guys do tend to email large emails back and forth so that might be it also..
Thanks
