so my last 7250 was stolen and just got the replacement. when i had my old handheld they just had me on the $15 vision package and everything was working fine; email, sms, web, etc...

i got the new phone, i can get sms but no web. i called sprint a few times, went through the motions of provisioning and re-registering and such. none of that worked. finally talked to someone who had a clue today and i find out that what i had should have never worked before and now i have to have the $50 BB plan?

can someone confirm for me that this is correct? or am i getting taken to the cleaners by someone who really *doesn't* know what they are talking about.
