Hi Guys

We have just ordered 19 BB's on the T-Mobile BIS as we do not run exchange. I am trying to sort out how our users will get email etc, but need to know if T-Mobile are on BIS 1.8 or BIS 2.0.

Can anyone confirm the version?

Sure, as far as I know they are on 1.8, ie you cannot set different From: addresses for each email account.

The instant email is only apparent if the email is sent to the users instant
email account i.e

here in the UK on tmobile.

Other accounts which you have added are polled for new mail periodically, I heard it was every 15 mins for standard POP account, may be wrong on that one though?

Nobody knows it better than T-Mobile UK. If you are buying so many BBs from them, why can't you ask them? They may tell you, and you can tell us.
