i have a small issue and im sure its something stupid that im overlooking..

i have bis setup to poll my pop3 account, for some reason when i delete from my berry it doesnt delete from the server..

i read from the tmobile site that this can be done with a pop3 account... (delete from server)
a question that i have is:
when setting up my pop3 via bis, should i use the advanced page i.e bogus user name and bogus password to manually enter my server info? maybe this will allow me to delete from the server?

my berry is running the latest firmware 4.1

Check your email reconciliation options.


Make sure it's set to Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld. And Wireless reconcile is on. You should also call your provider to make sure it's enabled in BIS for you.
