dont know much about bis, as I only deal with a BES, but my sister has a 7520. she finally updated the damn software to 4.0 and along came bis 2.0..

she now no longer can send to any tmobile email addresses, at first i thought she was trying to reply to sms, which we all know she can't on this model.

but she is able to reply to anyone else, (gmail, yahoo...) she gets an undeliverable message with "invalid mail format" error. I have verified that she is using the correct address, by sending several test messages.

i'm tired and sleepy, can some please help. I have had her update her service books, so she has a fresh CMIME book.

i'm stuck.

This is a problem with BIS 2.0. Change her BIS 'reply-to' email address to be her BIS blackberry email address and at least she will be able to send again.
