Default Should I keep both BES and BIS services with TMO?

Please Login to Remove!

When I purchased the BB from TMO, I aquired both BES and BIS services.

I discovered today that my company insists on Cingular to be the carrier if I want to be on the BES. I'm not jumping on BES.

Got the BB about 2.5 weeks ago and while I was waiting on my request with my company's IT folks to be processed, I went ahead and installed DM and have been using the Desktop Mail Redirector with quite a bit of pleasure. Alongside my company's outlook email, I also show my gmail, yahoo and ISP pop accounts. My outlook account is NOT POP.

So here's the thing, if I'd like to keep receiving my outlook email, the way I've been receiving it, through my desktop redirector and not the BES, do I still need to keep the BES service from TMO or can I save 10 bucks every month and just keep BIS?

Does my question make any sense?

Thanks!

Manoj
