| | How can all arriving messages be in unicode?

Hallo. First I want to apologize if this thread don't belong here.
I have a blackberry and I have troubles receiving e-mails in cyrillic. I saw, that the e-mails should be sent using Unicode UTF-8 (or something like that) so I could read it on my BB. My workmates changed their Outlook settings and now I can read their messages. But it's almost impossible to tell EVERYBODY to do this. At least because there are too many people, and also I receive few mails a week from people I don't know (therefore they don't know that they have to send their messages in cyrillic).
We use MS Exchange 2000 server. Can this server make every e-mail arrived, to be in Unicode, eventhough it's not sent like one. Or at least when it send them to me, to send them with Unicode, so I could read them.
My English is not very good, so I hope it's not been too hard to understand my problem ^.^
