Question Getting Old E-mail Off IMAP Server

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

First off let me say hello to everyone... HI!!... and that Im a new BB user.

I just received a VZW 8703e and hve pretty much set everything up to my liking, but I've got a question about my e-mail... I've searched for my question but couldn't find any topics relating to it.

With my past phones I was able to receive the "old" e-mail that was in my inbox of my account. All I would do was setup the e-mail clients in the phones to use an IMAP server and BAM I would receive all the "old" e-mail that was on my server. But for some reason I can't get my new BB to do this. Being that I'm a new BB user, is this even possible? If so who would I go about doing this?

Thanks...

BIS checks for new email from the time of integration. There is no functionality to pull old email or sync folders.
