Default Newbie BIS + Email issues

I have a strange problem which perhaps might have a simple answer. I have three main email addresses

1. The BB mobile address
2. A Google address
3. A work email

All three have been set up with BIS. No filters are on, it's in standard configuration.

The problem I have is that when I send an email to the work email through a web client like Google or Hotmail (and some other hosted services) it doesn't arrive.

I've done a number of tests.

1. Send from work email to Gmail - email arrives
2. Send from hotmail to Gmail - email arrives
3. Send from gmail web client to work address - email doesn't arrive

It's not a spam filter because it comes through on the computer. Outlook is configured to leave messages on the server so the message is there to be collected.

I imagine it might be something to do with my work ISP (we're using Network Solutions) but I don't see why.

I'm a BB virgin so it's all a little frustrating!

The final problem (which I've just noticed) I can send an email from my BB using my BB email or Gmail email but not the work email. It says 'sent' but it doesn't arrive.

I've sent new 'books' to myself and it says the service is active so I'm lost!

Any advice appreciated!

Okay, I've just discovered something. When I look in the main menu, I see two email icons for the work email. That is, one gmail, one BB email and two for the work one so I assume somehow I've set two up...not sure how ???

Could this be the problem? If so, how do I delete the mailbox?
