Default Vodafone Australia Upgrade

Over the weekend, its become apparent that Vodafone have upgraded BIS for their Australian users and at the same time have wiped all accounts (?!?)

I spent 45min attempting to get my blackberry going again this morning, only to find that I've had to create my account again. It wasnt until I was put on hold a 4th time that the CSR realised that it wasnt a problem at my end :(

It seriously makes me look at Telstra...
