Uh, what's the question? Most new BlackBerrys don't have cradles.

What are you trying to do?

I'm just trying to put some new applications/ringtones/graphics etc in my phone.

All you need is the USB cable. What model BlackBerry do you have?

(And some applications are available for over the air - or OTA - download).

It should have come with a two USB cables and a charger.
All you need is the USB cable.
