Default BIS messages bouncing on T-Mobile?

I am getting some messages bounced from the BIS with the error:

Code:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     xxxxxxx@tmo.blackberry.net

Technical details of permanent failure: 
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
Anyone else having similar issues? I have never encountered problems before and it appears to be intermittent. It only started a couple of days ago.

Sounds like a TMO network issue. Havent heard anything as of yet
