Question BES after Groupwise/Exchange Gateway

Please Login to Remove!

Here's an odd config (i'm guessing)... We're running Groupwise 7.1 with a novell Exchange Gateway. All incoming mail is routing through Groupwise to the Exchange side. The Exchange side is running BES 3.5. Prior to our routing their mail through GW their BBs were receiving HTML formatted SMTP mail (from Gmail, hotmail, etc) w/o problems. since the addition of the gateway and mail routing through GW they're still receiving them, but only about 1/2 of them are readable. the rest come through blank w/ no HTML.TXT attachment or anything. Has anyone seen this kind of behavior?
Thoughts??
thanks!

Default SMTP Mail

Our organization is also experiencing the same issue. Basically all SMTP mail coming from the Groupwise connector is viewable within the native mail client, but when delivered to the Blackberry device it is basically a blank message. The blank message shows an attachment that is not there along with a MIME error at the bottom. I have an open ticket with RIM but have yet to find a solution.

Smile

You can add the "/nohtml" argument on the exgate.exe command .
