Hi folks

I have a Blackberry 7290 and I use it here in India. The issue is the following:

I was using one provider's BIS service (airtel.blackberry.com) and now I would like to use Hutchinson's service at hutch.blackberry.com.

When I try registering with my Blackberry's PIN, it says it is already registered though. How do I get it off of their records so I can register with Hutch?

Any ideas?

Tell airtel remove you blackberry account from RIM servers. That usually helps.

Berry One was right.

The RIM servers still have information associated with your PIN number so you need to contact your carrier who can then contact RIM to get all this information removed from your PIN number.

When the information has been removed you will then be able to associate your PIN to a new BIS account...
