Hey, not sure if this is the right area for this one, but here goes anyway!

I want to configure my email server to use with a BIS BB.....

This is fine as I can open POP3 on my firewall and that's it... However, this is a bit open for my liking!

I was wondering what IPs the BIS service comes from so I can just allow those IPs. I noticed that all the BIS systems are actuallt hosted by BlackBerry themselves... If someone has a public subnet I can lock my firewall to, it would be much preferable!

Open the firewall, check where POP logins with your account name and password come from, verify that it is RIM's IP block, lock firewall to this IP block.
