Just got a new 7250, and when I try to access web browser, the unit freezes.

When I try to access a web link from an email the unit freezes.

WAP Browser freezes to.

Any suggestions out there?

Make sure all of the service books are there :Options -> Service Book
How do you send/receive emails? BWC or BES or even the redirector!

Is your 7250 on the Verizon Wireless network?

For my 7250, under Options-> Service Book
I have 5 entries - ALL CHECKED
Web Client [CMIME]
Verizon Wireless[WAP]
IPPP for BIBS[IPPP]
Blackberry Internet Browsing Service
Provisioning [PROVISIONING]

All are checked.

I'm in Canada on the Bell Mobility network.

Email is not yet synced with my corp. network, so I just set up my account at Blackberry.net, and am auto-forwarding emails there.
