Hi, today i've subscribe to Orange France Data plan. This one will be active on april 11th. My question is when this one will be running what do i have to do to access the web and get a browser which is not actually available on my 7290.

When it is active, you will get likely get a message from your carrier telling you so, and you will see a browser icon appear on your screen.

Tools > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Click the wheel > Register

Or find the BIS/BWC site for your carrier, register your bb and click to send service books.

Make sure this is a Blackberry Data plan and not just a standard GPRS plan. Unless it is specifically a Blackberry data plan, you will not get any of the blackberry wireless features to work at all other than Voice and SMS.

I already have voice and SMS. The option i subscribe allowed me to access the net, the wap ans e-mail for unlimited time so i suppose it's a really Blackberry Data Plan.

You shouldn't assume that it's a BLACKBERRY data plan. There are many unlimited web/e-mail data plans available from most providers. It's all too common for the user to request the wrong data plan, and even more common for the provider to assign the wrong data plan.
You should call your provider and verify that you have a BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN. (Not just a GPRS Unlimited Data Plan.)

I know that I have a Blackberry Data plan on my Bell Mob 7250 and my "Internet Browser" is there and works fine. When I was on a corporate BES I used to have all 3 browsers (WAP Browser, enterprise browser, and Internet Browser). When I got off the BES (and actually replaced the 7250 under warranty) I no longer have the WAP browser. I don't really need it but I'm trying to get WAP going on my wife's 7250.

Her 7250 has voice only, phone and SMS work fine but would like to find a way to get WAP browser going. I thought that adding a Blackberry Data plan temporarily would result in her getting the Internet Browser and the WAP Browser pushed to her 7250 but considering my case, I don't think this will happen.

Anyone have any suggestions or clues?

Adding a BlackBerry Data Plan to your wife's line will most certainly result in the Browser being pushed to her device.
However, you indicate you only want to add the plan "temporarily". Please keep in mind that the plan is required for the Browser to function. Once you remove the plan, the Browser (and e-mail) will no longer work.
You need to keep the BB Data Plan on the line in order to utilize the Browser, E-Mail, and other data functions.
