Hi Dinesh,

I believe I've been corresponding with one of your co-workers Meenal Bahua. We discovered through testing that the error is in fact not Impatica related but lies with your handhelds attachment handling functionality. Or specifically lack there of.

I had Meenal run a simple test of forwarding any email message from the handheld with an attachment to any other email address. The result was the email arrives but has been stripped of it's attachment.

Our software requires the email to arrive with an attachment, as the purpose of our software is to convert that same attachment and push the converted version back to the handheld via MDS push.

I've advised Meenal to reinstall the "BlackBerry Attachment Service" on the device or do a backup and upgrade of the handheld firmware. She's indicated that she'll do this tomorrow and get back to us.
