Default Preferred SID Selection

A 7250 on Bell Canada Network. In Northern Ontario two independent carriers (TB Tell and Dryden Tell) both affiliated with Bell, provide coverage. The issue is that I live near the Dryden Tower (within 600 feet) the PRL loaded on the device places TB tell on a higher priority, their tower is 10 miles away. The TB tell tower "captures" my signal and prevents the local tower from connecting. I tried setting Network to 1X or home only but not a solution. Is there any way to block (on a user set basis) selected sid's or make the unit select certain sid's above others.

Any help appreciated. Thanks
