You can try deleting the Service Books from the BB, but they could be sent back to the BB if the account is not suspended by the prior user.
I bought a 7130 used and it had the same issue (by surfing here I knew the answer but had to try)and they wouldnt do anything for me I begged called six different ppl went to 4 different stores and finally had to contact the guy I bought it from and had him call CS with in 5 minutes I had my email set up and running.
