Hello,

I received an 8800 from o2 in the UK today. I am on a BB Internet Solution unlimited subscription tariff.

This is the first time I have used a BB and was expecting the email to be ready to go from the start. I intend on hooking it up to a pop3 account I have.

However, looking on the screen I have the message "Data connection refused". I have no internet option and going through the setup wizard the only email option that appeared was "Exchange Server" which is not applicable to me.

I would be grateful for any assistance and information and what steps I should take.

It sometimes takes upto a day to setup your GPRS on the network, guess you'll have to hang tight for a couple of hours then try it again.
