| Problem With Jmu Email Setup Please Login to Remove! i'm a cingular employee and i'm afraid i've finally run into a problem that i cannot find the answer to. I'm trying to hook up a customer's JMU email address to her blackberry, but even with all the right settings, it will not work. i keep getting the message "An error occurred during email account validation. please check your info and try again."
if anyone has a suggestion pleeeease feel free to helllllp!!!
