Default Block All Sites on Browser?

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know of a browser that you can use on a Blackberry that has a similar "block all sites" feature like Internet Explorer? To see it in IE, go to Tools>Internet Options>Content>Click "Enable" and check it out.

I'm looking for a feature that allows you to control, via password, the websites you can visit in the BB browser.

Thanks.

I know you can do this via IT policy on the BES but I can't remember which policy and I'm not at my server right now.
