We just upgraded to the blackberry enterprise version 4.1.4

We cannot locate the handheld configuration tool...

also we are not able to add new user to the blackberry manager...

please advise..

Well I know this is a bit a delay in a response ... but did you find it? As a part of the BES Mananger...? Can you activate users too?
