phone number has no bearing on BIS use. BIS uses pin/imei numbers not phone numbers. You just need a data plan on the account.

Do you mean TCP/UDP port number? Are you referring to handheld to BIS or BIS to your mail server? For the mail servers it uses the standard port numbers for IMAP or POP. I believe SSL is also supported. I don't recall the actual numbers off of the top of my head.

What do you need?

POP - Port 110 - SSL 995
IMAP - Port 143 - SSL 993
Outlook Web Access supports 80 and 443.
