I purchased a new Curve around june in the USA. In august I came back to Italy, made it unlock by At&t (great, they immediately unlocked it totally and for free) and started using it with my local service provider (TIM). After a while that everything was working properly (4 different accounts etc etc) they suggested me to change sim card (mantaining the number) cause mine was old (32k). ok I went to a shop and changed it with a 128k one. BOOM, from the moment I exchanged the SIMs, the BB continued to work as a phone (voice+sms) but stopped receiving ANY data service, in fact even the word 'edge' is not in capital letters (and I did not receive the message "Congratulations, your device was registered.....").
What should I do??
Already spoke with my operator technical support, but they don't know what's going on, I tried to do "Register now" on HRT, but it doesn't work, and on the "network diagnostics" it says
BlackBerry Registration: No
Connected to Blackberry: No
Blackberry Pin-Pin: No.
Please help me, I'm really upset and any advice or solution will be greatly appreciated.
