Default BlackBerry Router in DMZ out of Windows Domain

Hi all,

I would like to know if the machine blackberry router in DMZ, need to be in the Windows domain, or can be in workgroup only ?

There are some KB about it ?

Any windows server in a DMZ that is also part of the domain is kind of pointless. The amount of 2 way traffic required between that server and the DC renders the point of the DMZ pretty useless.

I dont found any kb about this question, but i deploy the router in DMZ, out of Windows domain, and I had success with my implementation.

Since BES connection is initiated outbound only, why do you feel the need to put the router in a DMZ?
