Because, if you're a dealer for sprint, and only pay $10 USD a month for unlimited service, 5 extra for BB service, it's a good thing lol. Though yes, their service sucks, and if I were to be in contract, I'd kill myself haha.

Boy did i luck out...Had SPCS for 6 months w/two phones....had enough of my problems documented that when i got my Nextel role, i brought my issues back to the front with SPCS and they let me out of my contract and waived BOTH of my ETF charges. Wish their service was as good as their customer service.
