Everyone is picking on RIM these days. I tend to think that for RIM to really succeed, it cannot and should not try to compete with the iPhone and Droids as it simply cannot win that race. They need to get back to their core strengths and get their value out in front, not pull it along behind them.

Their marketing needs to be revamped. They need to see how their customers really view them, not how they think they are viewed.

It seems as though there is a divided opinion about RIM. Some people seem to love the company while other people hate it. I agree that this company shouldn't try to compete with the iPhone and Droid. Every company needs to find their own niche.
