Not sure if this is a news item, but Twitter for BlackBerry is now available in the Beta Zone, for those who use it.

I like the new interactions view, I can finally see whats really going on

I've never really used this app before, so I'll be interested to see if it's any good. I've been using (and complaining about) SocialScope for several years, but if it does anything right, it's how it handles multiple applications (FB, Twitter, Flickr, etc.).

I have been using SocialSocial for awhile. Stopped recently because Scope (as it's called on Android) is crap compared to the one I have installed on my 9900. It's not perfect on the BB by any stretch (it's been beta for years!!) but it was always better than the stock twitter app. Can anyone post some screeners of some of the new interface?

I hate it. After logging in, my BlackBerry slowed to a crawl. This is definitely not an app for me.

mine is doing ok with twitter, did not notice much slowness on it

I think there's only so much a 9330 can handle, and it isn't much.

yeah its CPU is a bit slower than the Torch or Bold

Scope runs nicely and doesn't slow me down. As much as I hate the complete and total lack of support, it's the best one I've tried.

What changed? It's been looking the same for ages.
