That looks right up my alley. Simple design, large keyboard, no frills.

BlackBerry 10 official launch date is January 30 and the devices are said to be coming shortly thereafter. The L series, all touch will be first with the touchscreen series to follow. The exact time frame will be announced on launch day.

Sadly it looks like RIM is using some old parts for the N series.
With a 1280 x 768 OLED display on the L series but back to a smaller display for the N series. It would be nice to see it in a slider with the large screen.

One thing I've not quite figured out...The best thing about the BB keyboard (IMO) is the curved rows of keys. I don't know why they are moving away from that. I always wondered why they didn't incorporate that into the touch keyboards.

The curved keyboard is good. I switch to the keypad on my 9810 all the time. Too bad RIM is clueless on their own devices. I wonder if they did any customer surveys on design or desires. I sure hope their not just following the IPhone trail.
