that is common to a few tech franchises, where you look to buy something and you find out quickly that the person your talking to knows very little about what there selling. I really have never been in a store that a staff that was greatly trained on PDA's, it is getting better because now due to the fact that phones in general are becoming more technical, along with data and pda prices dropping.
i could care less if someone in the store knows what there doing but when it comes to costumer service i feel this is where the big franchises are letting use down. i can't count how many times i have called a big name franchise customer service and didn't get anything that i didn't already know, which really kind of leaves me in the same place where i started.
Left my storm for a tour and havn't looked back!
