Seems like they are willing to try everything but the obvious: Make better handsets.

1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.

Me thinks they dropped the ball long time ago - BB has been updating the smartphone for a while now - The Treo's form factor and OS has stayed the same for years....
