An interesting piece. Each smart phone (or smartphone OS, in the case of Windows Mobile) has it's diehard loyalists. As far as I can tell, no one else has been able to come close to RIM in terms of reliabilty and security, which is a big reason why I'm a dedicated Blackberry user.
