Default Blackberry Connect and moto Q9h - 11-29-2007, 09:21 PM

Looking for BB connect that will run on my moto Q9h. My service is Rogers (Canada). My org moved from Bell to Rogers. My Q on Bell worked well with the BES,,,maybe I need to move back.

I appreciate any help I can get

I'm confused. Did you have your Q9h running BBConnect on Bell and now it won't work on Rogers? or was that another Q?

does any know why the PIN would not appear on the Q after loading the BBConnect software?

does anyone know why a PIN doesnt show up on the q after you install the BBconnect software on the device?

You have to link up to a computer running the BBConnect software and press the "Configure Wireless Handset" button. It will assign a PIN to the device. If you're configuring for your company's BES server, the computer has to be able to communicate with it. I'm not sure how this works if you're just using BIS.
