I had a Moto Q9h with BB Connect and ran into all sorts of integration issues with the resident and third party software that would eventually cause the device to freeze necessitating a hard reboot of the device. I went through 8 Moto Q9h devices in all with three of the device exchanges related to the BB Connect installation. I worked with ATT, Blackberry and Moto. Moto blamed ATT and Blackberry. Moto is responsible for fulfilling functional requirements of ATT and making sure to the extent possible that all integration issues are resolved. Moto rushed this product which is great without BB Connect too soon having been pressured by product rollout delays.
