I currently have BB Curve, with Data plan on T-mo.

I was wondering what BB Connect is, and how do I get it? Is it available for every phone? In particular Nokia N95-8GB?

BB connect is for non RIM manufactured phones like Nokia E series & communicators , SE P series.
Since N95-8 GB is a N series, BBconnect is not available for it.

And WinMo Devices.
if your company has an Exchange Server, you may can use Mail for Exchange, it's also available for N95.
