dunno is the right thread or not.

I have problem to add some Nokia Blackberry Devices to our BES server.
usually, we using Desktop Manager for Nokia. and its successful.

but last 1 month the activation seems successful, but in the Blackberry Manager, status of the user is NO PIN.

somebody can help me?
