have you activated the BB Connect either through wireless activation or via Nokia Blackberry Connect desktop?

you must input their pin manually to Blackberry Manager in BES server

Blackberry Domain - Servers - Global - Edit Properties - Enterprise Service Policy - PIN ---> klik NEW and then put the new PIN to this field one by one,

then give activation code and process Enterprise Activation
make sure your firmware and BBC Client are match (look in businesssoftware.nokia.com) Better you upgrade first to the newest firmware so you can use BBC 4.0 which have capability for wireless Enterprise Activation. Otherwise you must activate using Nokia BB desktop Manager. you can download in businesssoftware.nokia.com too.

hope it help
