I finally got it working after being transferred a few times with T-Mobile customer service. What seems to be the problem for you now?

T-mobile is giving me a runaround saying they dont support bbconnect on any phone other than the samsung they sell, and are tossing me between bb customer support and their own.

That's what happened to me at first. I had to go through a lot of people to get this fixed.
First of all do you have your PIN #?

I had a pin and bbconnect was working short of activation. Now after their "help" my device will only give me 0000000 as my pin. (if it makes a difference, I copied down the pin before I followed their instructions) So yeah, back at square 1 and missing the bb plan im paying for.

Do you have a memory card installed? My phone came without one and that stopped it from working as you need a card to store the emails.

You don't need a memory card, the emails are stored on your phone.

A memory card is not needed to use BB Connect. Email is stored in the phone's internal memory. I have not had any trouble getting BB Connect to work on the Tilt. I have not tried it since updating to one of the newer, WM 6.1, ROMs since I have been using Direct Push for reliability lately. It will work with T-Mobile if you have the proper BB Data feature and the latest BBC software.
