Default Special notification email - 03-24-2008, 02:56 PM

I'm looked at as the BlackBerry guru at my company but I'm more a sales and product guy then technical so I'm looking for some help.

Is there a special notification email that goes out to BES administrators if the server is experiencing issues or down? The question that couples this is if there aren't noise notifications set up for regular emails is there a special noise notification that can be set up for one of the server issues?

My guess if there are no notification noises then it's either all or nothing but I'm not sure on the special messages regarding server status.

Thanks,

Nerfman

Give this a shot!

How can I personalize my alerts from specific contacts? - BlackBerryFAQ

If the alerts come from a specific email account you should be able to easily do this. If not there are other ways.

Good Luck!
