Unhappy Nokia E90 Activation - 05-01-2008, 07:07 AM

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with the enterprise Activation on my E90.

the Error MSG :
An Error has occurred. Contact your Administrator for assistance.

Blackberry Version : 7.45.1
OS: 10.0.182.129
Frameware : 07.40.1.2
RA-6
Nokia E90 (19)


and i have check with the careline for Nokia and said the network provider they should activate the Phone ... and when i have checked with them they have said they are not doing it ...

so is there any advice it can help me to resolve this issue and it make the account working on the E90..

Note : i'm from bahrain and the network provider is Batelco ... finally i'm the IT administrator for the company ..

check your BES log. it should show the error details.

Does the Enterprise Activation work, when you put the SIM in a real BlackBerry device?

disable Enterprise Security Policy first or put your PIN inside Enterprise Security Policy before activation
