Default BBC 4.0 in Nokia E61i suddenly disconnect - 05-11-2008, 11:39 AM

Hi,

I have used Nokia E61i (firmware 1.xx) with BBC 4.0 since 5 days ago. After surfing Internet, suddenly BBC could not connect anymore.

Some actions had taken, even I did HARD RESET the device and re-install BBC 4.0. But BBC still unable connect.

Symptom; seems BBC 4.0 tried to load GPRS but goes fail (GPRS icon blinking then disappear). But browsing through GRPS still OK.

I think it is more related to operator problem, but I just want to make sure before I complain them.

Please advise.

Thanks for your help

Awie

There is already a 3.x firmware available for the E61i. Did you try to upgrade your deivce and see if this fixes your isse? You can do the firmware update using Nokia Software Updater.
