tried several times to make activation, but failed to get data for the configuration. Some people knows how to solve the problem?

ok what i did was i did the install. after the install i went online to my blackberry login page to change the IMIE and the PIN and then i sent the service books to the phone. i also went on the phone to the blackberry folder then went to setting , then to the service info selected service books and went to options and told it to register also did the same for host routing. one min later my blackberry was up and running. hope this helps. i am running blackberry internet service.
