Hi, I am new to the forum but wondered if you could help with a problem I have. I have searched the posts and it appears that others have the same problem but would like a definate answer is possible please.
I have a BES 4 infrastructure which is working fine with many devices. I have received a number of Nokia 9300 devices with 5.22 firmware. How do I get these connected to BES? I have downloaded Nokia Suite 6.5 and I have tried to use the Blackberry Config manager (I use this for other devices). When I try to connect it claims that the Handset has been disconnected. Is there any new Blackberry client software or new Config Manager I should be using. Will this conbination of handset/firmware work with BES at the moment? They are UK supplied handsets. Any advice will be great. Kind regards

you need to install blackberry cient software on your 9300

I am having a hard as heck time finding anyplace here in the North Ca to flash my 9300 from 4.53 to 5.22 if anyone knows a place it would be very helpful thx!

Try iunlock.com. You have to ship it to them as they are in MA. Just sen mine today. I couldn't find anyone else to do it.
