Default AT&T Tilt and BES (Lotus) - 11-19-2008, 12:32 PM

Hello,

We have a BES setup with a Lotus email system and I'm having some issues with the AT&T Tilt device.

In testing, they recieve and send email but I'd like to change some of the things that I'm seeing:

A) The email comes from their phone number not their email address.
B) Replying to that email from them "appears" to return it to the phone number.
C) There is no record of the "sent" email in the Lotus Sent folder.
D) No record of the sent email appears in the BES.

The Tilts appear to be working because they do NOT talk to Lotus other than they recieve email from it...

Any suggestions on changing the above 4 issues?

This issue appears to have been simply not having enough patience. AT&T themselves were stumped and it took quite a while, but without changing anything the Tilts have conformed to normal email addresses rather than phone numbers.
