Difference Between BB 7100v and Siemens SK65 -

Hi all,
as far as I know the SK65 uses BB client V3.8.
We are going to deploy a BES 4.0 and designed a lot of policies.
Is it possible to manage that SK65-devices centrally like a BB 7100v (kill, it-policies, software distribution, aso.)?
Is there an BB-update for the SK65 from v3.8 to 4.x?
