I'm having issues synching my 7100I with my Lotus Notes 6.5, particularly with my Calendar and Address Book (I should clarify, these are the 2 most important too me). Can you all help me with a few questions:

1) Do you need BES to be able to synch Lotus Notes with a BB?

2). I'm getting a "INI" error -- what is this?

3). Shouldn't I be able to synch my BB, similar to a PALM/IPAQ, and push/pull my calendar & address book?
