Did a search but couldn't find anything on this;
What iPAQs have the BBConnect software on it?

None of them. There are a few clients for some HTC branded devices such as the O2 and IMate devices and some other Windows PocketPC devices, but nothing for Ipaq (and nothing in any RIM Roadmap that I have seen). HP is not listed as a partner in the Connect program either.
