Default I need help with my P910a - 03-07-2006, 03:31 AM

I ahve installed the PC suite, and turned off my firewalls and virus scans, but still my phone monitor wont detect my phone. I have done all under the sun that I can think of, so, please can anyone shed any light on why this is happening to me...lol...please any help would be more than appreciated.

are you refering to BB configuration software not being able to detect your phone or the SE PC software?

Right click on "Phone connection link" on the runnings-apps section of the task bar (far right) and choose "properties". "USB" needs to be checked for communication with the phone. Everything has to be un-checked to use the update service. Cheers, Sabesh.
